Friday 17th June Ile de Ré
We cycled to Loix then St Martin-de-Ré. The heavens opened when we got to St Martin so we were forced to take shelter in a restaurant in the harbour and eat. We set off back at about 2 when the skies were clear, but it was a trick and we were soon cycling in to a Force 10 gale with rain squalls! Trés bracing.
